Caleb Landers
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Caleb founded 3R K9 in 2023, following more than 15 years of search and rescue experience. He is a SAR Tech II, K-9 trainer, and has successfully completed specialized training in Managing Lost Person Incidents (MLPI), Lost Person Behavior, Wilderness First Aid and Boat Operation.

Melissa Middleton
President
Melissa has 10 years of service with Benton County Search and Rescue, where she currently serves as team chief. She holds certifications in Sar Tech I, EMT, Firefighter and Swift Water Tech.

Rebecca Isbell
Vice President
Rebecca has 5 years' experience in Emergency Management, Search and Rescue, and public service through both professional and volunteer roles, with a background serving alongside rural fire departments and response agencies across Oklahoma.

Amy Sutliff
Secretary
Amy has been involved in Search and Rescue since 2017, beginning her service with Sebastian County Search and Rescue. In 2023, Amy was asked to join the Arkansas Search and Rescue Association and joined 3R K9 in 2025. Amy currently serves as Secretary for all three organizations, using her skills to assist the team with essential forms and processes that keep the team running smoothly.
